Mobile Mark, Inc. Acquires Comtelco Industries and Luxul Wireless Antenna Lines

Mobile Mark Inc has announced their acquisition of Comtelco Industries and Luxul Wireless Antenna Lines. Comtelco is a manufacturer of a wide-range of Land Mobile Radio (LMR) antennas. Their antenna products are reliable and are proven to deliver efficient performance. The omnidirectional base station antennas, directional Yagi and Folded Dipole Antennas, and in-building Panel and Ceiling mount antennas, as well as Cellular, ISM, UHF, VHF, and Low Band Mobile Antennas style and design complement the current Mobile Mark antenna product line.

With the Comtelco acquisition, Mobile Mark lives up to their commitment of providing high-quality antenna solutions for commercial wireless application at a reasonable price. The acquisition is said to take effect in June 2017.

Luxul Wireless is the second business purchased completed by Mobile Mark, Inc. Luxul’s flat panel antennas allow the company to expand our range of antenna solutions. Through this acquisition, we bring something new to the table and will also position both companies to develop additional innovative antenna solutions.

Mobile Mark and Luxul Wireless are pleased with the recent move and are looking forward to maintaining the high production standards that their clients value most. The acquisition is said to take effect this month (April 2017)
